At Precision Air Power, we understand that downtime costs money. That’s why we offer a limited‑availability 30‑Day Engine Overhaul Commitment for qualifying engines—designed for operators who need speed without sacrificing quality or compliance.

When approved and accepted, we commit to completing and releasing your engine overhaul within 30 calendar days, measured from shop arrival to shop departure—subject to Program Terms and Delays Beyond Control.

This is not a marketing promise. It’s an operational commitment backed by planning, capacity control, and accountability.

The 30‑Day Commitment is currently available for approved Lycoming four‑cylinder engines, including:

• O‑320
• IO‑320
• O‑360
• IO‑360

Each engine is evaluated individually. Program availability depends on configuration, condition, and parts availability at the time of intake.

 Limited Availability

• Program slots are limited and offered first‑come, first‑served
• Priority consideration may be given to long‑term or repeat customers
• Availability is determined by operational capacity and scheduling

Conditions to Secure a Slot

• A 50% deposit is required no later than 14 days prior to engine arrival
• Customer must provide complete and timely information, approvals, and responses
• All final, undisputed charges must be paid prior to release or shipment

30‑Day Timeline

• The 30‑day period runs from shop arrival to shop departure
• Shipping and transportation are handled separately unless otherwise agreed

If—and only if—the 30‑Day Commitment remains valid and no delays beyond our reasonable control occur, Precision Air Power will apply a $2,000 purchase price reduction for each full two‑week period beyond the 30‑day timeframe.

• No other credits, offsets, or damages apply

This provision is designed to provide transparency and accountability—not to substitute for regulatory compliance or quality control.

The 30‑Day Commitment does not apply if delays occur due to factors beyond Precision Air Power’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Parts availability or manufacturer backorders
• Regulatory or airworthiness requirements
• Required inspections or approvals
• Shipping or transportation delays
• Labor disruptions
• Customer delays in approvals, documentation, or payments

Additionally, because all overhauls are performed on an Inspection & Repair As Necessary (IRAN) basis, the Commitment is automatically void if a standard, non‑mandatory replacement component is found unairworthy during teardown—such as:

• Crankcase
• Crankshaft
• Accessory case
• Oil pan
• Similar major components

If this occurs, we will promptly provide an updated, good‑faith timeline based on findings and parts availability.

All prices and any applicable price reductions exclude sales and use tax. Tax will be added unless a valid tax‑exemption certificate is provided in advance.

The 30‑Day Engine Overhaul Commitment is a conditional turnaround‑time commitment only. It is not a warranty or guarantee of airworthiness, performance, reliability, or suitability beyond regulatory approval for return to service, all of which remain governed by our Terms and applicable FAA regulations.

If a 30‑day slot isn’t available, we’ll still commit to a realistic timeline you can plan around—so you’re never stuck hoping and guessing.

The 30‑Day Engine Overhaul Commitment applies only when expressly offered, accepted in writing, and incorporated into an applicable Work Order. Program Terms apply.
